Job Description
- Review and moderate all our company pages user-generated content and user profiles (either pre-, post-, or reactive moderation) within forums, comments, images, videos and audio, liaising with communicated guidelines and policies.
- Content creation & simple post editing.
- Service our customer accounts, processing inquires, complaints and escalating when necessary.
- Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, and other similar social media platforms, adapting methodology where appropriate.
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the marketing team.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales & Operations Department) to manage data, operation.
- Ensures all our company policies and procedures are executed in a positive manner
Job Requirements
- Excellent creativity skills
- Commercial awareness
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Excellent command of Arabic | English (written – typing skill) and Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office is a must.
