Job Description

  • Contact potential customers by phone to introduce and promote banking products and services, including, credit cards and loans.
  • Build rapport with customers and actively listen to their needs to effectively present banking solutions that align with their financial goals.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns raised by customers.
  • Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to open accounts, apply for loans, or sign up for other banking services.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our banking products, services, and promotional offers, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Follow compliance guidelines and ethical sales practices to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the reputation of the bank.
  • Document all customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall sales performance and customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident and professional phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and financial terminology.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
