Job Description
Generate unique and impactful design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and brand teams, to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct research and gather inspiration to inform concept development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Create sketches, mood boards, storyboards, and other visual representations to present and communicate design concepts.
• Develop detailed design specifications, including color schemes, typography, visual elements, and imagery.
• Work closely with graphic designers, illustrators, and other team members to translate concepts into finalized designs.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design deliverables.
• Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Concept Creation Designer or a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your creative concepts and design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and receive feedback constructively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance creative thinking with business objectives.
• Familiarity with current design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
