Job Description
- Plan and implement projects.
- Monitor projects from beginning to end.
- Put together design proposals depending on needs and wants.
- Responsible for all finishing activities such as Masonry work & plastering, screening work, waterproofing work, ceiling, painting, tiling, marble works, PU flooring and landscaping.
- Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements.
- Coordinate and preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all types of activities.
- To check the quality of all the materials received on-site and prepare.
- Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices.
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
Carry out technical specifications and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications. - Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
- Maintain and interpret site drawings.
- Ensure works are carried out as per drawings and specification.
- Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports and records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Architecture Engineering is Must (Government University Preferred).
- Proven working experience in architectural engineering
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
- Excels in architectural modeling, rendering and presentation techniques.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.

- Planning, organization and detail orientation.
