Job Description

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service and telesales representatives who primarily serve students.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and sales performance with students.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training and coaching as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
  • Identify and understand our clients needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Drive sales by identifying and following up on leads, and closing deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure student satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets
  • Ensure that all team members are meeting their performance goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer service and sales roles, including experience managing and leading a team.
  • Excellent at using google products (Drive, Gmail, .. etc).
  • Familiar with intercom system.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with students.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in edtech or related education industry is a plus.
