Job Description
- Manage and lead a team of customer service and telesales representatives who primarily serve students.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and sales performance with students.
- Monitor team performance and provide training and coaching as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
- Identify and understand our clients needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Drive sales by identifying and following up on leads, and closing deals with clients.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure student satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets
- Ensure that all team members are meeting their performance goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer service and sales roles, including experience managing and leading a team.
- Excellent at using google products (Drive, Gmail, .. etc).
- Familiar with intercom system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with students.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent leadership.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in edtech or related education industry is a plus.
