• Responsible for preparing maintenance schedules for refrigeration equipment to maintain its efficiency during work.

• Responsible for maintaining the cooling and freezing wards, the central cooling station and the chiller (chilled water unit).

• Responsible for organizing and providing operating and maintenance requirements from correspondence and purchase of spare parts required for work.

• Responsible for installation and maintenance of air-conditioning devices for the administration building.

• Supervising the ventilation works of the administrative building

• Responsible for managing and arranging the refrigeration department in terms of technicians' working days and their distribution within the department.

• Supervising the maintenance of handling equipment for cooling wards.

• Responsible for preparing periodic work reports (refrigeration station maintenance report - shift report and performance of technicians in the department - ISO reports for refrigeration equipment connected to the production line - purchase forms and warehouse exchange requests).

• Works to raise and develop the efficiency of subordinates.

• Prepares programs and procedures for operation and preventive maintenance, and follows up on their implementation.

• Trains employees on sound operating principles, implement preventive maintenance procedures, and follow up on the implementation of programs and procedures.
