Job Description

Internally:

-Creating an archive of all the events and activities of Mersal (photographed)

-Making internal advertisements for all the activities carried out by the foundation.

-Follow up on the teams responsible for services and projects and coordinating internal activities (for employees, for beneficiaries) with the competent departments.

Externally:

-The link between the foundation and outside it, with all parties and individuals.

-Establishing practical and introductory relationships with all the parties who implement the events (initiate ways of communication and relations with potential venues for the activities).

-Supporting all medical convoys of the institution

-Maintaining relations with all target parties (in coordination with the finance and marketing team and under the supervision of the head of the public relations department)

-Work on a database of all potential customers

-Follow-up on events, activities, participations and their results.

-Use events and activities to expand and spread the message of the foundation to all our clients.

-Follow-up and implementation of all conferences of the foundation and make an appropriate plan for them.

-Assisting Mersal Store in participating in the appropriate bazaars.

-Make a plan (with a budget and a clear expectation of all needs) and implement it with the help of the head of the public relations department regarding all appropriate events and activities.

-Searching for opportunities to implement and represent the foundation in all commercial places ,marketing places, clubs and restaurants.

-Implementing the foundation's plan for events and achieving its announcement (in coordination with the marketing team)

-Follow-up on all marketing, logistics and event management department (under the supervision and guidance of the Head of Public Relations Department)

-Implementing awareness plans through appropriate events.

-Assisting in managing dilemmas and crises and solving problems of the foundation.

-Preparing periodic reports - internal and external - on all activities and events that have been done.

Job Requirements

  • Experience from 3 to 5 years .
  • Bachelor degree .
