Job Description
- Edit raw footage into polished video content for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storylines and visual narratives.
- Ensure all videos adhere to the brand’s guidelines and quality standards.
- Utilize editing software to enhance footage, including color grading, sound design, and special effects.
- Manage video projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring timely completion.
- Review and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine edits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and editing techniques to continuously improve the production process.
- Train and mentor junior editors, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including color correction and audio mixing.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
