Job Description
• Determine the optimal price points for different products and services by analyzing the competitor pricing, demand trends and careful consideration of the company's profit and loss statement.
• Analyze the evolution of different pricing components, sales trends and competition to discern factors contributing to fluctuations in metrics on the profit and loss statements.
• Manage the pricing performance across multiple markets and channels by applying optimization techniques to achieve monthly objective; this involves fine-tuning pricing strategies tailored to specific markets, channels, itinerary types, airlines, and destinations in order to meet targets.
• Identifying potential factors beyond pricing that could lead to a decline in sales and profitability
• Compile and present findings from pricing analyses to executives in a concise and informative manner for informed strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Pricing analyst.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Very Good Command of English.
- Experience in a similar position in Travel or e-commerce (would be a plus).
- Positive attitude to share and gain knowledge within a team.
- Result-oriented, used to data-driven decision-making.
- Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking.
- Experience on data analysis.
