Job Description
- We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to work for a Design Firm, that specializes in designing a residential building, commercial buildings and villas
- Responsible for ensuring the schedule, budget and details of a given project are well organized.
- Communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan.
- Organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project stake holders
- Assist engineers by performing various administrative and technical tasks to help projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Planning and monitoring project progress
- Coordinate meetings and oversee the activities of other members of the project team
- Analyze RFPs and prepare RPF submission documents
- Track and communicate projects risks and opportunities
- Analyze project profitability and look for ways to reduce costs
- Coordinate with PM and clients to achieve projects objectives
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of International/Local codes and standards.
- Fluency in English
