Job Description
- Gets involved in FF&E: materials, fabrics, rugs, sanitary ware and lighting fixtures selection and hardware selection.
- Communicate. With clients, vendors and contractors in a positive and organized manner
- Prepares presentations and mood boards with clients.
- Follows up on subcontractors and shop drawings.
- Coordinates drawings for MEP such as electrical, air-condition and firefighting outlets.
- Handles tasks of the construction drawings as (furniture, masonry, electric, ceiling & floor) with full details like (doors, counters, cladding, etc.).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Architectural Engineering
- 3 - 7 years of experience in interior design field in consultancy or real estate companies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Time management skills
- Self-confident and able to cope with criticism of their work
- Residential/office/commercial building design
- Strong experience in 3D Max, Auto Cad, Revit etc.
- Coordination knowledge
- Be passionate about Interior designing and the built environment
- Enjoy art and design
