Job Description
- Maintains customers and revenues daily accounting, ensuring proper documentation and vouchers.
- Issuance of invoices on a timely accurate manner.
- Following up on collection of due invoices.
- Recording and overviewing of sales returns.
- Responsible for reconciliation and confirmation of balances with different customers.
- Issuance of periodical revenue and receivables reports.
- Prepares periodical activity reports of sales team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / BA from an accredited university
- From 1-3 years of proven experience working in accounting field.
- Experience in Retail Market is a plus.
- Experience with ERP applications is a must.
- Experience with MS Office applications is a must.
- Strong attention to details.
