IT System Administrator

Role

System Administrator's diverse duties will include the day to day support of enterprise systems, troubleshooting, diagnosis, maintenance and service improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide analysis and implementation support for servers, backup solutions including pre-site inspections, initial implementations, customization and integration with the intent of optimizing the operational benefit.
• Performs day to day administration and monitoring on all installed server and backup platforms.
• Provides technical expertise supporting applications and technologies in a large scale environment.

Job Description

• Experience in managing Exchange Server2019 and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Windows servers, Linux servers and VMs installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in M365 Admin center, Exchange online, EOP, Entra, Teams and Sharepoint.
• Experience in Windows active directory creation and troubleshooting
• Experience in managing FTP servers
• Experience in servers migration (on-prem & on-cloud)
• Experience in Veeam & Arcserv backup and troubleshooting.
• Experience in ITSM system.
• Experience in root cause analysis.

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related industry experience.

- 5+ years of experience in IT Industry working with servers and storage architectures.

- Significant experience with Windows server, Exchange server, VMs and M365.

- Significant experience with Veeam / Arcserve Backup and Recovery.

- Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to changes in technology.
