Job Description

  • Publish successful marketing campaigns from the idea to the implementation.
  • Brand,  advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report results to the executive team.
  • Write and submit content and social media plans , digital marketing.
  • Pay attention to the marketing department's budget and make sure that budget spending yields a return on investment.
  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials for websites and the application of company  and publications.
  • Evaluating and improving marketing strategies and product pricing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors, prepare expectations and see marketing strategies and trends.
  • Increase brand awareness and market share.
  • Coordinate marketing strategies with sales, finance, supply  chain, and production departments  .
  • Quarterly and annual reporting and reporting for senior management.
  • Promoting company  brand at major trade fairs and events related to the confectionery industry.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to enhance the company's reputation and increase the number of qualified visits.
  • Create content, organize content, pay-per-click campaigns, manage events, advertising, social media, potential customer generation campaigns, write ads, and analyze performance.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, product control, and advertising campaigns, according to plan, strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Must have experience At least 8 years of experience in the field of pastry and retail in the title of  Marketing Manager. 
  • Must have experience in E-Marketing -  Ads and advertisements - E-Commerce ) 
  • Bachelor degree 
  • Identify the competitive advantages of the brand.
  • Promoting company products and services.
  • Develop marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Study the results of marketing, and sales.
  • Identify sales expectations for products in target markets in coordination with the relevant departments.
  • Participate in determining product prices in line with policies.
  • Attracting new customers because of creative methods.
