Job Description
As a Property Advisor at Elites Housing, you will be at the forefront of our client interactions, guiding them through the property buying, selling, or renting process. Your key responsibilities will include:
✔️ Understanding clients' real estate needs and preferences.
✔️ Conducting property viewings and showcasing the features and benefits of various listings.
✔️ Providing accurate and up-to-date information on properties, market trends, and regulations.
✔️ Assisting clients in negotiations, ensuring a fair and beneficial deal for all parties.
✔️ Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and property owners.
✔️ Collaborating with the marketing team to promote properties effectively.
Job Requirements
To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications:
✔️ A genuine passion for real estate and excellent knowledge of the local property market.
✔️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔️ Proven experience in real estate sales minimum 3 years.
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a driven team.
✔️ Outstanding negotiation skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Having a good Knowledge of our market (New Cairo, New Capital, North Coast, etc...).
✔️ Must have a car.
