Job Description
- Collect, analyze, interpret and share relevant market information, including competitor and sales data to support the identification of sales and customer opportunities.
- Monitor performance, sales achievements, expenses, ROI, business/account plan execution, contact plan, and customer satisfaction metrics – highlighting issues and taking appropriate actions.
- Regularly review and update business/account/ customer plans.
- Coaching of representatives around their specific role accountabilities particularly their selling skills, brand, and customer knowledge.
- Ensure that selection, development, and retention of talent as a key priority.
Job Requirements
- Pharmacy and Science Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Very good in English –fair in French
- High selling and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of people management – motivation, coaching and development.
- Postgraduate study in management is a plus.
