Job Description
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, after-Sales support services, quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
- Consult with clients/consultants after sales/contract signing to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
- Prepare proposals, study tender documents, RFIs, RFAs, and draft shop/as built/ coordination drawings, tech submittals, quantity surveys and coordinate the necessary approvals.
- Make a good and effective job cost-estimates, able to assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, tools, etc, build BoM, and maintain a clear job costing.
- Ensures the execution is in accordance with the contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or int. standards.
- Preparation and modification of mechanical/ electrical work in AutoCAD (Revit ) according to the company & industry standards.
- Participate in setting up the technical office policies and procedures, support the marketing activities and sales.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of mechanical, electromechanical, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Firefighting field is a must, pricing of FF, plumbing, HVAC, low current systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Experience in design and shop drawing (HVAC & Firefighting), handling coordination dwgs, tech submittals and others.
- Experience in handling mechanical/electrical/ coordination drawings, technical submittals, using
- AutoCAD, MS project and other software.
- Applicable knowledge of the relevant codes & standards, and regulations.
- Possess soft skills of time management, fluent communications, customer interface, and team collaboration.
