Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the preschool's curriculum and system.
- Engage and teach young learners, fostering a love for learning and language.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Follow teaching methodologies to ensure effective and engaging lessons.
- Prepare and maintain educational materials and resources for daily lessons.
- Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback and support.
- Participate in school activities and events as required.
- Implement and enforce classroom rules and maintain discipline.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Must be a fluent English speaker (both written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English, preferably at the preschool level.
- Must have a passion for teaching and working with young children.
- Must be able to create and follow lesson plans and curricula.
- A patient, resilient, and nurturing personality.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- BSc/BA in English Language or English Literature (MSc is a plus).
- Previous experience as an English teacher is highly desirable.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
- Ready for immediate hiring after passing the interview/demo process.
