We're seeking a Deputy Art Director to join our team at Rawa Games. You'll work closely with the Art Director and Art Team to lead our artistic direction and mentor our artists.Responsibilities:Collaboration: Work with the Art Director to define and maintain our game's artistic vision.Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of artists, fostering creativity and excellence.Art Direction: Ensure consistency and quality in all aspects of art production.Pipeline Management: Oversee the art production pipeline and meet project deadlines.Quality Assurance: Review artwork regularly to ensure high standards are met.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to align artistic goals with project requirements.Research and Development: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to innovate our visual quality.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in gaming as a Senior Artist or Lead Artist.Strong portfolio showcasing various artistic styles and techniques.Excellent leadership and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of art fundamentals and industry-standard software.Passion for gaming and interactive entertainment.
