Job Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Review received documents from customers (NID, Income proof,..)
- Ensure that application forms are filled with no missing fields or wrong data.
- Review KYCs received from customers and be sure that all requirements are fulfilled.
- Manage & optimize the resources under his supervision.
- Ensure the smooth flow of customers onboarding process.
- Abide with bank policies & procedures related to his/her rule.
- Follow-up any pending cases & ensure finalizing it at the soonest efficiently.
- Monitor closely and effectively the daily onboarding process for any suspicious or unusual activities & ensure to report it to the concerned department.
- Manage branch operations
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience using statistical and database software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn
