- Strong portfolio that shows range, with examples of multi-platform, social media work
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once
- Writes compelling, relevant campaign messages considering different platforms and media
- Ideates and executes branded campaigns across different touchpoints (film & video, social media, digital)
- Has an energetic and optimistic attitude and cares about creating powerful work

- Composes engaging narratives and scripts that tell stories through both voice-over and supers
- Possesses the ability to distill complex concepts into digestible narratives
- Collaborates with Art Directors and Designers to construct ideas to ensure that both the copy and the visuals are in perfect synch, to make the concept as powerful, vivid, and compelling as possible
- Collaborate with creative team members to determine concept, brand, and copy directions
- Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines
- Interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics
- Contribute to business development efforts, supporting proposals and content creation
- Conduct research and author reports based on client need
