Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for achieving organizational sales objectives through effective leadership in the assigned area. The Head of Sales will lead, coach, and develop CIS and Sales teams, selling products. You will be responsible for selling directly to professional business owners, transmitting the company's innovative digital solutions that make straightening teeth easier, faster, and more convenient while helping practitioners grow their business and increase patient satisfaction. 

DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  2. Onboard new high-potential accounts.
  3. Utilize a consultative sales approach to build trust and relationships with the doctors and their professional and clinical teams.
  4. Create account plans for the highest potential accounts, based on a profound understanding of the account’s business, goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  5. Communicate with the account’s team to develop an in-depth understanding of the business needs to clarify the company's solution. 
  6. Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records.
  7. Review and report complaints received from customers and recommends corrective action.
  8. Develop and implement an individual new-hire training plan.
  9. Mentor Sales and CIS teams on business processes, cross-selling, and general selling processes.
  10. Monitor new hire training, assess gaps and provide corrective guidance.
  11. Handle non-performing employees. Document areas of improvement and provide guidance.
  12. Work with the sales team to develop supporting tactics for the sales strategy.
  13. Establish performance metrics and communicate progress regularly.

Job Requirements

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in the dental field.
  3. Deadline-driven, and willing to work after hours.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), as well as great telephone etiquette.
  5. Competency in MS Office
  6. A valid driving license
