Job Description
- Developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet project objectives.
- Leading and managing project teams, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Defining project scope and managing scope changes to maintain project focus and alignment with business goals.
- Facilitating communication among project stakeholders, team members, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Tracking project milestones and timelines, and making adjustments as needed to keep the project on track.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Maintaining project documentation, including plans, reports, and records of decisions and changes.
- Managing relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Overseeing the implementation of project changes and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Completing and closing projects, evaluating their success, and documenting lessons learned for future reference.
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to improve project management processes and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, project management, or a related field.
- + 2 years of Proven experience in IT project management, including leading and managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Fluency in English.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other Agile certifications are often desired and may be required.
- Familiarity with IT systems, software development processes, and emerging technologies relevant to the projects being managed.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide project teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with project stakeholders, team members, and other departments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
