quality control for clothes

- 1) Inspects garments, after being recieved from factory , to determine number of defects , either in size , stiches, colors , label etc ..

2) Examines garment and parts for defects, such as unfinished raw edges, broken buttons or hooks, uneven stripes or plaids, puckers in seams, loose threads or stitches, or incorrect packaging assortment.

3)Records number and type of defects for each piece .

4)Returns rejected part or garment to department to be reworked.

5) measures sizing according to size charts.

6) responsible for repacking the items and counting them in the warehouse
