Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telesales Agents to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, presenting our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. Your contribution will be critical in achieving sales targets and driving the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Apply persuasive techniques to guide prospects through the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in Telesales or a similar sales role.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Resilience to handle rejection and persistence in achieving sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent Command of English.
