Job Description
We’re looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with experience building custom AI-powered tools to help bring our vision to life. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient with React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS Lambda, and comfortable integrating AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Cohere, HuggingFace).
You'll work closely with the founder to architect, develop, and deploy a web-based tool that’s fast, scalable, and user-friendly.
Architect and develop a full-stack AI-powered web tool using React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS Lambda
- Integrate with third-party APIs (primarily OpenAI or other LLMs)
- Build secure and efficient serverless functions for backend operations
- Design and manage a relational database using PostgreSQL
- Optimize performance for speed, SEO (if needed), and scalability
- Deploy the app using platforms such as Vercel or AWS
- Ensure a responsive UI/UX across devices
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
- Provide basic admin tools (if needed) for managing usage or data
- Collaborate with the team asynchronously and provide regular progress updates
Job Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying full-stack applications
- Strong command of React and Next.js (CSR/SSR/ISR understanding)
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and relational data modeling
- Expertise in serverless functions (AWS Lambda preferred)
- Ability to integrate and optimize AI/LLM APIs (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain)
- Experience deploying to Vercel, Netlify, or AWS
- Knowledge of modern security practices (API keys, input validation, etc.)
- Comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines
- Prior work embedding apps into platforms like Webflow, WordPress, or custom HTML sites
- Familiarity with Stripe or other payment integrations
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI-generated content optimization
- Experience with authentication flows (e.g. Auth0, Clerk, Firebase Auth)
