Job Description
- Managing daily operation and scheduling duties for all employees.
- Daily briefing with staff;
- Assigning rooms and masseurs/ masseuses for treatment;
- Following Opening/Closing procedures of SPA;
- Taking care about hygiene and high standards of service in all areas of the place.
- Ensuring that all employees are following Company's rules and policies;
- Responsible for Sign In/ Out of employees (uniform, name tags, appearance);
- Welcoming guests, collecting Medical guest's info and getting feedback, solving problems;
- Communicating with Head Office about all issues happened during operation.
Job Requirements
- Good computer skills;
- Good knowledge of English language (additional language appreciated);
- Education: Faculty of Physical education;
- Hospitable and guest oriented;
- Good Leadership, Organization and Communication skills;
- Work experience in health care, SPA or Hospitality.
