Job Description
Suppliers’ Claim
- Review the suppliers and consultancy firm claims along with the contracts and other documentations and compare it with the budget to issue the cheques.
Invoice Progress
- Review all details of Projects contracts to ensure effective execution and save company from any financial risks.
- Review constructions projects Invoice details & deduction according to contract & Consultant approval.
- Communicate with bank to renew, amend or release constructions projects LGs as company needs
- Review advanced/down payment (for constructions projects) as per agreed contract to Issue LGs
- Issue Subcontract payment
- Book PUC (Projects Under Construction) entry on Company system as per finance policy
- Review Construction Projects Handover Certificate to ensure company rights
Project Capitalization
- Collect and save all documents related to constructions projects in order to book fixed assets entry on Financial System.
Subcontract handing over & retention.
- Communicate with contractor to ensure open “contracting Social Insurance file” as per laws
- Ensure receiving original “contracting Social Insurance Certificate” to release the payment
- Compare Construction Project’s actual Costs VS Estimated Costs VS budget to calculate “Cost Per Meter” to ensure company rights
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system
Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 years experience in accounting field, preferred in expenses.
- University degree in commerce, accounting section.
- Excellent user of MS office.
- Details-Oriented
- Analytical, numerical and follow-up skills
- Accuracy, communication and leadership skills.
- Good command of English language.
