Job Description
- Greeting customers who enter the shop
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products
- Answering queries from customers on creative Egypt social media
- Uploading products photos descriptions at the website dashboard
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Involved in stock control and management.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
- Dealing with customer refunds as per the refunds criteria.
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Qualified to degree level business or any other discipline;
- Have a successful track record of retail Sales;
- (2-5) years of Sales experience in retail.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have a good command of written and spoken English second language is preferable (French - Germany- ….)
- Must have good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Outlook and Internet user.
