Ostool Transport, one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Senior Account Manager 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager to lead strategic client relationships, ensure exceptional service delivery, and identify opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.

What will you do?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet objectives.
  • Coordinate internal teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to deliver services and solutions.
  • Monitor account performance metrics and ensure service-level agreements are met.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and strategic reviews.
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to team development by mentoring junior account managers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of account management or client-facing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or strategic role.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry experience in logistics, Supply chain,
  • Experience with contract negotiation and renewals.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.
