- Maintaining the investment value of the academy buildings and maximizing their utilization
- Improving the internal environment of the building and the working environment
- Protecting lives and property by providing: a fire alarm system - providing self-operated fire extinguishers
- Providing manual fire extinguishers (powder, carbon dioxide, water hose boxes).
- Conduct regular inspections and documentation of facilities.
- Check the building and its assets through corresponding “Check lists” to ensure smooth operations & elimination lf annoyances or obstacles.
- Oversee the implementation of repairs and maintenance, and receive work after implementation.
- Prepare the annual maintenance plan for the establishments and their components, then formulate into monthly plans for implementation.
- Manage the movement of fixed assets within establishments, whether buying assets or scrapping assets.
- Determining specifications, obtaining technical and financial quotations from contractors and suppliers, and then submitting a report specifying the most suitable technical and financial offer.
- Supervise the facilities under construction, and ensure the implementation in accordance with the approved executive drawings, and the required specifications.
- Plan and manage the main services of the facilities such as: reception - security - service workers - waste disposal.
- Follow-up CCTV Technical Support Specialists and provide them all needs of maintenance work and purchase of new devices; to tighten surveillance over the building to preserve individuals and property.
- Review and negotiate existing agreements to optimize commercial terms.
- Work with suppliers and have a process in place to measure effective performance, quality and compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by STA team and contractors.
- Control all invoice processes, purchasing, ensuring competitive pricing, tenders, approvals and timely submission for settlement.
