Job Description
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings for projects.
- Use CAD software to produce accurate and precise drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and relevant building codes.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to develop and produce concept designs and presentation documents.
- Create drawings and visuals that effectively communicate design intent, including plans, elevations, perspective visuals, and furniture drawings.
- Design architectural elements such as joinery, doors, cornice, architrave, bathrooms, and kitchens as required.
- Possess expert knowledge of building products, construction methods, and construction details.
- Stay updated on relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards related to architectural design and construction.
- Utilize a strong imagination and three-dimensional thinking to create visually appealing and functional architectural designs.
- Demonstrate visual awareness and an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in drawings.
- Communicate effectively with the design team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Draftsman and Detailer.
