- Assist in developing stock orders.
- Manages the quotation process for all parts sales.
- Develop sales strategies for region to increase market penetration.
- Act as partner and participate in the sales process of used equipment.
- Perform outbound sales calls and customer visits to promote offerings.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand current product mix.
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information. Assist outside sales representatives with their orders.
- Participate with the inventory team in maintaining a Lost Sales Tracking program.
- Replenish assigned inventory daily. Advise inventory team when areas of the department are not in satisfactory condition.
- Professional, and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.
- Provide the same high level of service to the other dealership departments as is given to other customers.
