Key Responsibilities:
- Convert 2D designs and concepts into 3D models with high precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand and interpret 2D designs, ensuring that 3D models meet the required specifications and design intent.
- Apply textures, colors, and lighting to 3D models to create realistic renderings and animations.
- Optimize 3D designs for various platforms and purposes, including digital visualization, 3D printing, and manufacturing processes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide innovative solutions to design challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in 3D design and incorporate best practices into your work.
- Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of 3D assets according to project timelines and milestones.
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Graphics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., Autodesk Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D).
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D design work, with examples of 2D to 3D transformation.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and lighting techniques.
- Ability to interpret 2D designs and accurately translate them into 3D models.
