Job Description
Assist in developing comprehensive maintenance plans for tinting machines, considering production schedules and equipment availability.
Analyze complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues with tinting machines and provide effective solutions to restore their functionality.
Conduct thorough inspections of tinting machines to identify potential issues, defects, or areas for improvement.
Continuously monitor the performance of tinting machines and propose modifications or upgrades to enhance their efficiency and accuracy.
Generate reports to track machine performance, reliability, and maintenance history.
Perform complex repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks on tinting machines, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field, to provide a strong technical foundation.
- Relevant experience 2- 4 in machinery maintenance, preferably with a focus on tinting machines or similar equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of tinting machines, their components, and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information, collaborate with team members and prepare reports.
- Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to colleagues
