JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: International Semi Voice process (Calls/Emails/Chats)
Work from Office
Job Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in [English]
Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 days off
Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts (including weekends)
Transportation: No transportation provided
Salary - Best in market

Job Details:
Role : Handling customer queries, providing product/service support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Work Location: Maadi Techno Park, Cairo

Job Requirements
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
