Job Description
- Work on purchasing needs/requests in company head office and manufactory.
- Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needs.
- Preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Research for potential vendors in consideration of product quality and cost.
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors/suppliers to ensure continues smooth supply.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers/vendors.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing in order to get the best deal.
- Maintain purchasing information and records.
- Ensure that all administration and documentation of purchasing processes are compliance with company policy.
- Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries.
