We Offer:
Salary is up to 20,000 EGP for English accounts
Salary is up to 39,000 EGP for non-English accounts
(Salaries based on the account)
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure issues are resolved.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
