Job Description

About the Job :

  • Identify Consultants’ performance and plot the needed PIP enhancing team performance
  • Conduct regular meetings/coaching with Consultants reviewing their performance and PIP effectiveness
  • Conduct a constructive session with subordinate to improve and/or enhance their performance
  • Enhance the team members sales skills
  • Motivate Consultants to achieve the targets
  • Monitor and reports on the key performance indicators (KPI’s).
  • Develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, Train the team members

Job Requirements

Job Requirement:

  • Fluent English
  • Experience in same position is A must
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Target oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Call Center Experience is A must
  • Tourism background / GDS Experience is Preferred
  • Ability to manage and improve team performance
  • Team/Performance Management skills
  • Ability to monitor and coach team members
  • Analytical ability and root cause analysis
  • Willing to reallocate
