Act as the primary point of contact for the Technology Team
Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the developers.
Lead sprint planning and daily team scrums
Directing the developers’ team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of application
Monitoring the development activities to ensure that projects are being carried out according to plan.
Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with existing applications or programs to identify the source of the issue.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Ensure team members have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
Monitor and track project progress and report regularly to stakeholders.

Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in information systems, Software engineering, computer science or electrical engineering or equivalent experience
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
Experience working with distributed or remote teams
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools and techniques.
