- Responsible for the whole team actions and results, Handle the day-to-day cases of the social media moderators and telesales agents, Lead the employees to the desired end result.
- Set & review team objectives within the set time frame & the expected results.
- Make the required statistics and reports.
- Supervises the implementation of the set objectives.
- Manage the daily sales activities.
- Responsible for auditing the whole team (data filling, reports).
- Create and update call scenarios for telesales agents and social media moderators
- Bachelor Degree or undergrad in a reputable university
- At least 3 years experience in the training industry in the same department. (Telesales and Moderation )
- Previous experience in leading a team and hit targets
- Very good English in writing and reading
