Job Description
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.)
- Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to the consultant for approvals.
- Review sub-constructors' shop drawings as well as outsourced shop drawing and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Project Manager
- Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
- Understanding of strategic IT solutions
- Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
- Knowledge of selected coding languages (e.g. JavaScript, Java)
- Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Windows, UNIX) and databases (e.g. MySQL)
- Experience in cloud technologies (e.g. VMware)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Organizational and leadership skills
