Job Description

We are seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Software Engineer (Full-Time) to become a key member of our founding team at AQT, an emerging startup headquartered in the United States and establishing its first office in Cairo. This position will initially be 100% remote, and will transition to an on-site role in Cairo as our office becomes operational.

Full-Stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using the Microsoft stack and JavaScript frameworks.
Back-End Development: Build robust APIs using C#, REST APIs, and Entity Framework, and maintain database solutions with SQL Server.
Front-End Development: Create responsive user interfaces with React or Angular, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Agile Processes: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Code Quality: Ensure best practices in code quality, scalability, and maintainability, leveraging GitHub for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Leadership: Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Job Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications with the Microsoft stack.
Technical Skills:
- Back-End: Expertise in C#, REST APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Front-End: Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
Methodologies: Strong experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Version Control: Advanced use of GitHub for collaborative development.
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
