Job Description
- Customer Service Representative (Remote - Egypt Based)
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your role is to provide professional, efficient, and high-quality support while ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, experienced in customer service, and familiar with the expectations of customers in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures
- Provide feedback to improve processes, tools, and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience working with customers from Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is a must
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
