Job Description

The Office Administrator will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The Office Administrator will create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.

Primary responsibilities:

·       Welcoming and directing visitors, coordinating meetings and appointments

·       Performing clerical tasks, like answering phones and responding to emails

·       Managing the day-to-day operations of the office

·       Organizing and maintaining files, records, and information in a useful and easily retrievable manner

·       Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses

·       Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals for suppliers

·       Supporting the HR Admin team with additional tasks as assigned

·       Ensure office efficiency is maintained by regularly monitoring the office environment and taking effective action where needed

·       Managing the cleaning team to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good working order

·       Monitoring the office environment on a regular basis to ensure policy complian

Job Requirements

 

·      2+ years of experience in Office Administration

·       Superb clarity in communication

·       Efficient organizational, time management and coordination skills

·       Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
