Job Description
- Responsible for implementing the quality system to obtain a good product free of defects and submitting quality reports to the Board of Directors.
- Solve quality problems with the factory manager and various departments (design - production - planning - stores)
- Take any measures to maintain the quality of the product and ensure that it is free from defects or notes.
- Supervises the Quality Control Department (Q. C) and follows up on its work as follows:
- Establishing an incoming inspection station for raw materials, components, and incoming shipments to ensure the receipt of a healthy component free from defects.
- Setting up inspection plans.
- Establishing Quality control inspection stations for all manufacturing stages of components, partial assembly, and the final product
- Registration of the Rout Cards or cards accompanying the stages of assembling the final product.
- He supervises the Quality Assurance Department (Q. A) as follows:
- Signing the shop drawings for the parts manufactured in or outside the factory before issuing them to the manufacturers.
- Monitor manufacturers in the local market and conduct evaluations for them.
- Approving the exceptional acceptance forms (Concession).
- Keeping records and quality files.
- Providing the necessary tools and laboratories for measurements and tests of components and products and developing solutions to problems and observations in cooperation with the factory administrations.
- Work to raise the level of management personnel, whether through internal or external training.
- Willingness to apply Quality System, ISO system, or new quality systems.
Job Requirements
- Education: BSc degree in relevant field.
- Experience from 5 to 7 years in the Same Position at a Similar Company.
- Previous experience in Home Appliances is a MUST.
