Job Description
- Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
- Know all the information related to the products and provide a full medical explanation to the customers.
- Implementation of the approved sales policy as well as all orders of employment within the nature of its work.
- Create sales opportunities for the company's products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction about the products and services provided.
- Continuous communication with customers and good handling and product delivery in the best way.
- Provide regular reports on market competition in terms of prices, offers, new products, advertising, or stop some customers from dealing with the company's products.
- Encourage customers to use the devices regularly.
- Follow up clients in the field.
- Submit a periodic report to the sales supervisor to indicate what has been achieved and what has been postponed with a reason.
- Follow-up and coordination with the rest of the departments of maintenance and sales solutions, supplies and collection to ensure the provision of service in the fullest possible manner
- Coordination with colleagues in the after-sales service to follow the needs of the client after the sale phase
- Working on collecting the company's arrears with customers
- To submit new proposals and ideas from direct contact with the market
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, or equivalent.
- Experience from 2-4 years in retail sales; medical equipment sales experience preferrable
- Excellent command of English Language.
- V. Good level of using MS. Office and computer.
