Job Description

• Receiving and welcoming customers and visitors and knowing their requirements.

• Directing customers to sales officials.

• Directing visitors to the administration or the required person after making sure of his presence and notifying him in advance.

• Receiving all telephones and answering them professionally in accordance with the company's policies.

• Responsible for the incoming and outgoing file and to keep it.

• Make telephone calls, including problems, response notes, and send them to the sales manager.

• Organizing the movement of customers and visitors in the place.

• Carrying out the tasks of the customer service official in the absence of such services, such as the delivery of customer guarantees and so on.

• Executing all that is assigned by the direct manager and the director of the department in accordance with the company's policies and approved procedures.

Job Requirements

  •  Good communication with customers and visitors, welcoming them and directing them towards meeting their requests.
  •  Carrying out all the administrative work related to the reception and preparing the required reports.
