Promote our full range of services to clients through various channels, including calls, client visits, presentations, and participation in industry events. Whether that be for shipping agencies or our freight forwarding division.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide exceptional customer service, understand their business needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their shipping requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of shipments, including preparing and reviewing shipping documentation, arranging transportation, and facilitating customs clearance processes.
Identify and target potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with shipping lines and other partners to obtain competitive rates and pricing for customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

1-3 years of experience, preferably in the shipping industry.
Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with a proven ability to achieve sales goals and deliver results. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales and communication tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English & Arabic
