Overseeing day-to-day operations of the laboratory, sampling, inspection, analyzing & interpreting results.
Timely sampling & analysis of Raw Materials & Bulk.
Verification of Effluent water & Process Water for meeting legal Environmental Requirements.
Liaisoning with MOH for releasing the import consignments.
Material management to ensure that reagents and supplies are acquired and in stock as needed. Ensure that the laboratory and its instruments are maintained at the highest level of upkeep around the clock.
Ensuring tests are done as per valid standards and to do validation of any new procedure.
Ensure compliance with institutional and departmental safety policies and procedures.
Implementation of Good Laboratory Practices, 5 S, and drive lab to meet ISO 17025 requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
Hands-on knowledge in Physical & Chemical analysis of Raw Materials used in Cosmetics, Foods & Oil Industries with a good knowledge of the latest techniques/instruments.
Must be knowledgeable of regulatory agencies’ requirements, as well as Laboratory policies and procedures and validation of test methods.
Excellent communication and Handling skills
